Today (December 9, 2020) the State of California provided an update to the Regional Stay Home Order, playgrounds are now allowed to be open to facilitate physically distanced personal health and wellness through outdoor exercise. Parks are not addressed in these orders, and the Canyon Lake POA parks are not affected at this time.
Amenities that are currently impacted by the Regional Stay Home Order include:

Country Club Restaurant: Now offering take-out only and DoorDash delivery

Lighthouse Restaurant: Now offering pick up only, DoorDash coming soon

Happy Camp: Overnight stays at campgrounds are not permitted
