The asphalt reconstruction project started phase 5 last week. Grinding took place on Yellow Gold, and the east side of Canyon Club (there is continuous access to the Lodge). Access to the Canyon Lake Villas from Canyon Club Drive will be limited, residents of the condos are advised to use the Lighthouse Drive entrance for access through April 22.
As a reminder, the roads in Phase 5 are:
- Boating Way
- Yellow Gold Drive
- Fawn Lake Place
- Cove View Street (south west section)
- Nautical Court
- Lands End Place
- Canyon Club Drive (north west section)
General working hours will be Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Streets being reconstructed will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you require special access accommodations of any kind, please contact [email protected].
Any vehicle(s) parked in the street on designated asphalt reconstruction days between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. will be towed without further notice at the vehicle owner’s expense.
All of our active construction sites are off-limits to residents until they are completed. Those who enter the work area may be subject to fines.
