Phase 11 is scheduled to begin Monday, May 20. The roads in Phase 11 are Longhorn Drive (from Vacation Drive to Big Range Road's north intersection).
During working hours (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.), this section of Longhorn will be open to through traffic, but expect delays. Please follow the instructions of flaggers directing traffic. Please exercise caution when driving over the uneven pavement surface during this period, and refrain from using scooters or bicycles on affected roads.
