Phase 1 of the Road Reconstruction started this week. The roads in Phase 1 are Channel Way Drive, Spray Drive, Windward Drive, and Steelhead Drive. This phase is on schedule to be completed by February 25. Phase 2 is on schedule to begin February 28 and the streets in Phase 2 are:
