Located just a few yards away from where the fireworks are launched, Happy Camp is one of the most popular spots for viewing Canyon Lake's impressive fireworks show. Due to its popularity, we hold a lottery to give members an equal opportunity to win a campsite reservation for the holiday. This year's lottery will be online on Friday, May 31. Site Selections & Requirements
There is a 3-day site minimum required if you win a site. Site winners will be selected through an online lottery system taking place on Friday, May 31. Starting Saturday, June 1, site winners will be called in the order they were selected in the lottery to select their site. To ensure a smooth, efficient, and fair process, site winners are asked not to attempt to make their reservation in person at the campground. Winners will be contacted via phone only. Site winners who do not return their calls before Monday, June 24, will forfeit their site and waitlist winners will be contacted.
Site winners may cancel their reservation with the campground up until Monday, June 24. After June 24, sites may not be canceled, and site winners who do not show up for their reservation will be charged the 3-day minimum holiday rate.
