The start dates for the Road Reconstruction Project have been delayed. Several factors have contributed to this delay. Due to widespread Covid-19, concrete deliveries for the replacement cross gutters have been an issue due to the lack of available truck drivers. The replacement concrete cross gutter phase will now continue through February 9. We have also encountered several issues with shallow and fragile EVMWD waterlines, and we are waiting on a response from that agency before we reschedule the phases of Road Reconstruction.
