Phase 3 paving is now complete. We will be adjusting the utilities over the next few days, please remain cautious of any wrap up work as crews adjust utilities over the next few days.
Phase 4 is on schedule to begin Monday, March 28. Phase 4 streets are Lighthouse Dr. (south end), Canyon Club Dr. (south west side), Wind Song Pl., Cove View St. (north east section), Cross Hill Dr. (north end), Wild Rice Dr., and Clear Water Dr. (north end). For more about this project, visit
