Tract 3961 Special Members Meeting
The Adjourned Special Meeting of Members for Tract 3961 has been adjourned one more time as a last-ditch effort to November 2 to try and obtain the necessary votes needed to open. Ballots are being re-mailed to those who haven’t already voted, as a courtesy, along with notice of the drawing and a chance to win $100. The adjourned meeting will be held virtually at (vm.clpoa.net) at 9 a.m. via Zoom.
A reminder that this vote is for Tract 3961 only to see if a majority of that tract would change the 20' setback restriction of trailer/rv parking on driveways to 5' from the curb.
