This week at Sierra Park North our contractor continued working on subsurface drainage and began the installation of this storm drainage chamber. As we proceed, the need for our budgeted 10% contingency for unforeseen conditions continues to be greatly reduced. We therefore continue to improve our budget position and reduce costs so that we can construct the project within the $2.2 million dollars approved by the members will enjoy for decades.
