The Canyon Lake POA 2024 – 2025 Annual Budget is now available online at www.clpoa.com/budget. Printed booklets of the 2024 – 2025 Annual Budget will also be available for pick up at the Canyon Lake POA’s Member Services office within the next couple of weeks. The annual assessment per unit (lot) will be $4,020 and this assessment is due on May 1, 2024. The assessment may be paid in full or in 12 equal monthly payments in the amount of $335 (plus installment fee). Those who pay in full save money by not having to pay the monthly installment fees.
