Reminder, Phase 7 of our Year 2 Pavement Improvement Project is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 25. The roads in Phase 7 are Longhorn Drive (southbound after Jump Lagoon to Happy Camp), Appaloosa Court, and Little Pony Drive. Temporary street closed/no parking signs will be posted in the work area 48 hours prior to work commencing.

Appaloosa Street Schedule
Appaloosa Court, one of our community's steepest streets, is scheduled for work in this phase. We understand that this may pose challenges for residents accessing their homes on foot if they are unable to use their vehicles during the work period. To help you plan accordingly, we've outlined the schedule for maintenance on Appaloosa Court below.
Monday, March 25
Asphalt removal, street is closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, March 26
Street is open, but drive with caution as the street will be dirt.
Wednesday, March 27
Cement treatment, the street is closed 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, March 28 & Friday, March 29
Compaction and rolling occur. The street is open to traffic, but the street is still dirt. There is no parking from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday, April 1
Base pavement, street closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, April 2
Final cap pavement, street closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, April 3 – Friday, April 5
The street is open to traffic and parking, but there will still be work crews on site adjusting utilities.
