Her deep understanding of the unique needs and preferences of the guests, combined with her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service, has resulted in a loyal following of satisfied guests who eagerly return to the Canyon Lake Lodge and Lighthouse Restaurant.

With an illustrious career in hospitality management spanning almost two decades, Laura has held various leadership positions in renowned hotels and resorts. Her impressive background includes successful tenures with Hilton and Darden, where she earned recognition for her outstanding leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction. She has also held key positions at esteemed establishments such as the Historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, Bear Springs Hotel in Highland, CA and Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, consistently displaying her unwavering commitment to excellence in hospitality management.

As the Lodge Manager for the Canyon Lake POA, Laura leads her team in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Her vision is to elevate the guest experience by delivering top-notch service, providing delectable culinary offerings, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for guests and team members alike. Outside of work, Laura has a passion for giving back to her community and has been a dedicated volunteer for many years. She generously donates her spare time to The Mission Inn Foundation, where she has served as a docent at the museum since 2017. In addition to her volunteer work, Laura also enjoys spending time with horses. She can often be found in Norco, where she dedicates her mornings for grooming and the occasional ride.
