Homeowners are reminded that they are responsible for any actions, violations, or citations incurred by their family, guests, or lessees. Members should always accompany their guests throughout the community. Should a guest violate any rules associated with GR.2.0 (Guest Usage of Common Areas/Amenities) in the member’s absence, an additional fine will be incurred. This fine increases on major summer holidays such as 4th of July. Homeowners are responsible to know the Canyon Lake POA’s Rules & Regulations and are asked to be respectful of those in authority who are trying to enforce those rules and safety for everyone.
General Rules, 2.0: Guest Usage of Common Areas/Amenities
Members are encouraged to always accompany their guests throughout the community. Should a guest violate any of the below mentioned existing CLPOA rules in the member's absence, an additional fine will be incurred. General Rules, 4.1a: Special Event Area Access
All personal mobility devices — e.g., bicycles, scooters, E-bikes, skateboards, etc. — may not be ridden in or upon at special events located on common area, in parking lots, or on roadways where a special event is taking place. In addition, members riding personal use devices to the event must walk the device in and around the event area, parking lot, or roadway and park the device in the designated area at the special event.
