Unfortunately, quorum was not met today (May 15). 1,162 ballots were returned, and 1,600 were needed to meet quorum. Only 38 ballots are required now to make the reduced quorum of 1,200 on Friday, May 17. The Adjourned Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for Friday, May 17, at 9 a.m. at the Canyon Lake Lodge. Ballots may still be returned at the ballot box at Blue Bird Hall (near Main Gate) by 7 a.m. on Friday, May 17, or dropped off at the Lodge on Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. The Adjourned Annual Meeting of the Members will stream live online at vm.clpoa.net or on our Facebook Page @CanyonLakePOA.
