As Fiesta Hopper draws near, we want to share some important information about community access during this exciting season. First, if you are inviting guests into the community, please utilize our e-pass service, which emails your guests their pass, which expedites their entry into the community. Also, please note that service providers are not permitted into the community on Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, May 25 – Monday, May 27) or 4th of July. Examples of service providers include contractors, delivery drivers (like DoorDash or pizza delivery), furniture deliveries, HVAC services, home cleaning services, landscapers/pool services, plumbing services, ride share apps (like Uber or Lyft). Please note, this does not apply to in-home health care services.
If you have a service provider needing access to the community, please add them as a temporary guest for the day.
