Board Meetings
Regular Session Board Meetings are regularly scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month. Members may attend the meeting at the Canyon Lake Lodge or they may attend virtually through Zoom which members at vm.clpoa.net. Meetings also stream live on the Canyon Lake POA Facebook page @CanyonLakePOA.

Attend/View Meetings Online
Members may view and participate in Board Meetings/Workshops via video meetings and telephonic conferencing via "Zoom" video conferencing technology. Members may join meetings at vm.clpoa.net. Meetings will also broadcast live on the Canyon Lake POA Facebook page.
Submitting Comments
Members may address the Board of Directors at Regular Open Session Board Meetings. Written requests may be submitted via email to [email protected] until 4 p.m. the day of the meeting. Members may also chat request through the Zoom meeting interface.
Instructions for Participating via Zoom
- Join the meeting at vm.clpoa.net. If you have not downloaded the Zoom software you will be prompted to install the software on your device.
- Once you have downloaded the Zoom software, you will be ready to view the meeting.
- Participate by "Raising Your Hand" during meeting
