Carrie Pratt is a highly skilled and experienced recreation professional currently serving as the Senior Activities Manager for the Canyon Lake POA. As the Senior Activities Manager, Carrie oversees all aspects of planning, coordinating, and executing activities and events, ranging from community-wide celebrations and festivals to recreational programs, classes, and facilities, including the Pool at the Lodge and Senior Center. Carrie has been instrumental in planning and implementing a wide range of successful activities and events that have enriched the lives of community members. She collaborates closely with clubs, committees, municipalities, government agencies, and members to manage facility reservations and ensure smooth community activities and event operations. Carrie's extensive experience has given her a strong foundation for her role as Senior Activities Manager. For several years, Carrie worked as a project manager for an international retail chain, where she successfully led store openings all throughout the world, honing her project coordination and management skills. She also has a diverse background in various departments within the Canyon Lake POA, including Member Services and Planning & Compliance, which has provided her with incomparable skills in member relations, meticulous diligence, and expert compliance with regulations.

Many successes have marked Carrie's leadership within the Activities department at the Canyon Lake POA. She has been a driving force behind the success of the Concerts at the Lodge series, ensuring its continued popularity by overseeing logistics and operations. This series has featured national musical artists of various genres, bringing top-tier entertainment to the Canyon Lake community for nearly a decade. In addition, Carrie has worked with the Operations department to obtain playground equipment for various playgrounds throughout the community, including the new playground at Happy Camp. Carrie’s strong managerial skills have made a significant impact by optimizing staff efficiency and leading her team through multiple years of successful planning and coordination of the Canyon Lake POA annual calendar.
