On April 20, Riverside County released revisions to their COVID-19 orders allowing public and private golf courses in the county to re-open as well as tennis courts and pickleball courts, but with very limited use and limitations. The City of Canyon Lake followed in suit amending their Emergency Orders on April 23 effectively allowing the Canyon Lake Golf Course, Pickleball Courts, and Tennis Courts to reopen, following these limitations put in place by the County and City.
The Canyon Lake POA has adopted these emergency rules to mirror the County and City requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements is punishable by law, and could incur civil penalties of up to $1,000. Additionally, any persons found not complying with these requirements will be banned from using these facilities for 30 days.
