Canyon Lake POA Holiday Hours

The Canyon Lake POA offices (including Member Services) are closed Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25, in observation of the Christmas holiday. Regular hours will resume on Thursday, December 26. Merry Christmas!

Community Survey in Late January

Get ready to share your thoughts! In late January, we will be conducting a community survey to gather valuable feedback from our homeowners. This survey will provide an opportunity for homeowners to express their views on various aspects of the Canyon Lake POA, from amenities and services to events and upcoming projects. The Board is committed to making informed decisions that reflect your needs and preferences, so your participation is crucial. The survey will be sent both by mail and email, so please watch for it in your inbox and mailbox and take a moment to contribute to shaping the future of our community.

Access Company Transition

In early January, we'll begin transitioning from dwellingLIVE to a new access management company, Go Access. The new company will manage the entire transition process, ensuring that it is as seamless as possible for all residents. Detailed instructions and support will be provided to guide you through accessing and using the new system. Stay tuned for further updates as we embark on this transition.

What is the Rules & Regulations Review Committee?

We are currently accepting applications for our Rules & Regulations Review Committee! The Rules & Regulations Review Committee provides advice and assistance to the Board of Directors in reviewing and revising rules and regulations of the Canyon Lake POA. This includes following the direction of the Board in reviewing and recommending amendments, additional, or removal of rules and regulations and associated fine amounts, as well as assisting the Board with research and analysis of significant issues that may have a potential impact on our rules and regulations.

Service Provider Access Reminder
 - New Year's Eve -

Please note, service provider access will be restricted on Tuesday, December 31, for New Year’s Eve. Service providers include contractors, delivery drivers (doordash, grubhub, pizza, etc.), furniture deliveries, house cleaning services, HVAC services, landscapers/pool services, plumbing services, and rideshare apps (uber/lyft). Note that healthcare providers are permitted. Should members need a service provider to have access on any of these holidays, they can add them as a temporary guest for the day.

As a reminder, for any major holidays or events, we always recommend using our convenient e-pass option when calling in guests. It is the best and easiest way for your guests to access the community. ePasses allows Canyon Lake POA members to email guest passes to their guests so they can either print the pass ahead of time, or the gate guard can scan their pass on their smartphone.

Additionally, all residents riding an electric bicycle must complete an online safety exam before registration. Registration is available at the Member Services office during regular business hours.

This program is for Canyon Lake residents only. As always, guests visiting the community must possess a guest pass, which should be readily available on their person if cycling.
