November Member of the Month

The member of the month for November is Perry Beggs. Perry is most recognizable as the president of the Car Club, where his helpful and giving attitude have been instrumental in his efforts to grow the club. The success of his endeavors has fostered a sense of community among individuals who would never have otherwise crossed paths. Outside of the Car Club, Perry's compassion for others manifests in his aid and contribution to charitable organizations, such as Helping Hands. He has also volunteered with the Family Matters Club, with several other clubs and organizations, and at the Canyon Lake Guild's annual Harborfest event. We are grateful for Perry's selfless community involvement.

Guest Access Reminder
 - Parade of Lights and New Year's Eve -

If you are calling guests in for Parade of Lights on Saturday, December 14, or for New Year's Eve on Tuesday, December 31, please utilize our e-pass option. It is the best and easiest way for your guests to access the community. ePasses allows Canyon Lake POA members to email guest passes to their guests so they can either print the pass ahead of time, or the gate guard can scan their pass on their smartphone. Please note, service providers do not have access to amenities or facilities on the day of this event. Service providers include contractors, delivery drivers (doordash, grubhub, pizza, etc.), furniture deliveries, house cleaning services, HVAC services, landscapers/pool services, plumbing services, and rideshare apps (uber/lyft). Note that healthcare providers are permitted. Should members need a service provider to have access on any of these holidays, they can add them as a temporary guest for the day.
