    Residents are invited to learn more about the candidates running for the Association's 2017/19 Board of Directors by attending the candidate forums.

    1) Meet the Candidates Forum sponsored by the Senior Work Group Saturday, April 8 at 10 a.m. at Senior Center

    2) Speak to the Candidates sponsored by Multiple Community Groups Monday, April 10 at 6:30 p.m. in Holiday Bay Room at Lodge

    3) Meet the Candidates Luncheon sponsored by Chamber of Commerce Wednesday, April 19 at 11:30 a.m. in City Multipurpose Room at City Hall

  • CLPOA v. EVMWD Announcement

    We are pleased to announce that the POA and EVMWD have reached an agreement through counsel as to the terms of the Fifth Amendment to the Lake Lease Agreement. The CLPOA Board has approved and signed the agreement. It is now on the EVMWD's agenda for its Open Session meeting scheduled for this Thursday March 9,2017 at 4:00 p.m. for the EVMWD's approval and signature.

    We are hopeful that we will have a completed Fifth Amendment to the Lake Lease by Friday morning. We cannot answer questions now, but we do expect to release more information on the Lake Lease Agreement in the form of a joint statement issued by EVMWD and the POA shortly.

  • The Association is Accepting Bids for Pickleball Courts

    The Association invites bids for the East Port Pickleball Courts project and will receive such bids up to the hour of 2 p.m. on Monday March 6, 2017.   • The Association is Accepting Bids for Community Patrol Services

    The Association is now accepting proposals from qualified security firms to provide professional Community Patrol services.     Members interested in running for the 2017/19 Board of Directors will be able to pick up the Intent to Run packet located in the Corporate Office at the CLPOA Office, beginning today, Friday, January 27, 2017. Three of the five seats of the Board are up for election on May 11, 2017. The two year terms of Bruce Yarbrough, Eric Spitzer and Edward "Ted" Horton will expire in May, 2017.

  • Dog Park Will Remain Closed Tomorrow, January 18

  • Sand Bags are Available for Canyon Lake Residents

    Staff are monitoring potential flooding on POA causeways and will notify major road closures at www.canyonlakepoa.com. Free sand bags are available as-needed to Canyon Lake residents to help manage flooding. Sand bags can be picked daily between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Sand and sand bags are located outside the gate of the fire station on Vacation Dr. next to the building in the first two parking spaces. Residents will need to shovel the sand into the sand bags themselves. If there are no more sand bags, please call Community Patrol at (951) 244-6841, Ext. 410 or Operations at (951) 244-6841, Ext. 510. Residents are reminded to please exercise caution while driving.
  • Renumbering at Tennis Courts & Gault Field

    The Association has renumbered the tennis courts and also the fields at Gault Field in an easier numerical order layout. The goal is that the new layouts will create less confusion in the future for players.

    When attempting to contact some residents from the panels at both Big Tee and Skylink members may receive a message indicating that "all circuits are busy." This issue does not affect all residents and the Association is working to get this resolved.

  • Rules & Regulations Updated

    The Association’s Rules and Regulations Lake and Marina Section 2.6 fine was corrected to $500 for motorized and $100 for non-motorized. This rule was approved at the Regular Session Board Meeting in August 2013 but the changes were not appropriately reflected in the fine schedule.  The Rules and Regulations document has been updated to reflect this change.
