CLPOA v. EVMWD Announcement

We are pleased to announce that the POA and EVMWD have reached an agreement through counsel as to the terms of the Fifth Amendment to the Lake Lease Agreement. The CLPOA Board has approved and signed the agreement. It is now on the EVMWD's agenda for its Open Session meeting scheduled for this Thursday March 9,2017 at 4:00 p.m. for the EVMWD's approval and signature.

We are hopeful that we will have a completed Fifth Amendment to the Lake Lease by Friday morning. We cannot answer questions now, but we do expect to release more information on the Lake Lease Agreement in the form of a joint statement issued by EVMWD and the POA shortly.
